Don’t waste your time
I have continuously had the same issues with appointments taking 20 plus minutes to start even with me arriving 10 minutes early. The front staff does not communicate any delays, but if I was 15 minutes late, I would be fined. I’ve made several attempts to speak with an office manager with no resolve or no return phone calls. I’ve been a patient with Dr. Taylor for numerous years. He is wonderful! It is sad and extremely unfortunate that I, my family, and my extended family will no longer be using the services provided here because of the lack of communication and professionalism from the office staff. So sad.
