This practice can care less of their patients

I contacted dr. to refill glaucoma drops for my 83 yo mother, she was his patient in the past and he prescribed her the drops before. Because she had surgery a week ago and can't come to the office to do the check up the office told me that dr. would call me to discuss what he can do - NEVER DID, then I called and said that she did 2 months ago test at the other location. They said to fax the results to them (which confirm that nothing has changed in her vision since her last visit). Again NEVER CALLED back. I called again and they refused to refill the prescription. Also the office is accusing me that I'm asking them to break the rules which is a total lie. Basically they want my mother to come to the office and do the same tests but I have to pay them for the visit and tests. And then dr. will prescribe the same drops. Now she is facing the risk go blind because of this dr. and this office.
