Poorly run and utilizes call center

This place is poorly run. If you want your blood pressure to go up when you have a problem with staff or billing then this would be the place for you. Your call is sent to a CALL CENTER to make appointments or deal with ANY issue where they attempt to get ahold of people at various locations and seems like they are doing the best they can but it's a terrible system. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who has authority in this place. It can take months to get any situation handled if you end up having one. The office staff is beyond rude, specifically Catherine at Hunter's Village. There are quite a bit of elderly patients that go there and it's hard to watch them attempt to get help or ask questions and the receptionist constantly snaps at them to 'sit down'.
