Horrible Billing Department
Terrible billing department! I received a bill from a collection agency, so I immediately contacted them, but they refused to provide any information and told me I needed to deal with the agency from that point on. They mishandle claims and will send you to collections without warning. I had to contact the collection agency myself and prove I paid the copay, which eventually led to them canceling the debt and sending it back to the doctor's office. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place that truly values its patients and has a competent billing department.

This place sucks. My gf had vein ablations done. They treated the wrong veins, causing permanent damage to her legs. They also didn’t treat the ones that should have been treated and lied in the medical record about it and to her face. Leaving her to have to find another doctors office to re-treat 4 of her veins and restart the process. Do not see Dr Eric Hardee.
