I was in severe pain with a pinched sciatic nerve bundle between my 4th an 5th lumbar vertebrae.On my first visit with Dr. Frances,I communicated with him that i just wanted to be out of pain.He smiled and reasurredly said,I'm gonna get you out of pain.After an mri,I was diagnosed in His Beaumont location,and a surgery scheduled in Houston.At every level of communication with his staff,each person That i encountered was very kind,and proffesional.His pre op team is fabulous,and made me as comfortable,and at ease as possible while waiting on my surgery.When I woke up after the procedure,I knew immediately that i was fixed,and my pain was gone.The staff for my overnight stay at Woodlands Specialty Hospital were very kind and professional also.It has been a somewhat long,but smooth recovery process,and I am now better physically than I have been in 3 years,and am experiencing no pain at all.
