Orthopaedic Associates

I saw Dr. Ashok right after I had broken my elbow. they removed my bandaging and brace to take an x-ray and then proceeded to re-wrap it very poorly and haphazardly. The dr quickly talked about surgery and how I needed to schedule an mri and ct scan. That was scheduled a week later at a different facility. The day I had these done, I immediately dropped off the cds at Dr ashok’s office. Then waited to hear from them about surgery and such but I heard nothing. I waited a week and still nothing. I messaged several times and left voicemails but I still heard nothing. This is now three weeks from the break. I messaged them to inquire why it was taking so long. I finally received a reply asking where I did the testing as they didn’t have anything there. The next day I informed them I would be picking up my cds and was told they would be ready at the front desk. Needless to say I have found a new dr that i feel more comfortable with. Im still angry it took so long.
