I have never been asked to pay for the service before receiving the service which was the case with Liberty Pain and I voiced my opinion to staff. My appointment was at 9:15 and finally around 9:45 after paying for the service, which I had not received yet, they told me Dr Bhandari released me from being a patient and refused to see me. The previous day the staff told me accounting would call me and explain the breakdown of the bill. They never called. If you want a BAD experience then go to Liberty Pain.

Hi there!Please don’t let her touch you without proper research and a second opinion! I strongly recommend to get another opinion from a different physician. This doctor will perform procedures on you that may not be necessary so that she can make quick and easy money.I made such rushed decision before and I am still paying the price (physically, mentally and psychologically) because I didn’t get a second opinion about the procedure I was going to have. I should have done more research.It has been now 2 years and I am still suffering from improper diagnosis and treatment because of the contraindications. I was not given enough information about the medication, I was NOT explained of the potential neurological/physical side effects (short and long term) of this procedure/ medication. I believe I shouldn’t have been given that medication because of the contraindications!!!! I called them to report the side effects and reaction to the medication and I was told it’s normal by the MA.

Dr. Sathya Bhandari violated my HIPAA rights along with many other things. She refused to see me in her office with my complaints. She did not have my permission to fax my primary doctor, which she did. Dr. Bhandari also said a different doctor prescribed me 1,180 pills a month!! I don't think any doctor would do that! I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone! She lacks empathy and obviously does not hear what her patients tell her.
