Within 3 weeks of 'cataracts surgery ' by Dr. Steven's, the full encapsulation occurred on both eyes. All they know is how to work your insurance. Every 3 weeks blowing smoke that it will get better. It only got worse. Honestly, I would love to see them closed. If there's a way to take away their license, I would volunteer for that. For God's sake, don't go there.

Appointment was scheduled for 1pm. As a new patient I was asked to arrive at 12:50. A sign on the desk said the office was closed until 1pm. Around 1pm the receptionist arrived and started checking in patients who were sitting on the waiting room. Several patients were taken to exam rooms within minutes of checking in. I was left sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being taken to a exam room. Most of the exam was completed by a tech. I did not see the Doctor until the end of the exam. He viewed my eyes for approximately 15 rushed minutes and then left the room. The tech gave me my new prescription and led me to the front desk. This clinic was a referral from my PCP. I will not use this center in the future.

And now that they potentially saved my life, I am a forever customer.
