South Texas Eye Centers PA

I have never done a review on a place nor restaurant or anything. This is the first time I feel I’ve needed to do a review because the people in the place are so extremely rude, I felt I needed to be heard. I was attended in the front office by a lady named Norma. This woman is so condescending and rude to the people who approach her. She asked me for my ID and insurance card and when I asked her to repeat herself because all I head was a mumble she yelled almost to the top of her lungs with an attitude. I felt humiliated because everyone in the office turned around to see what that woman was yelling at. I had to ask my son to walk away because I could not allow him to see his mother be treated like this. I kindly asked her to stop talking to me in that manner and she referred me to the employee next to her so she wouldn’t deal with me. I will never come to this place again and I will make sure none of my family members bring their business here.
