Doctor great, infrastructure weird.
Staff is good. Doctor Lanier is great and the only reason I still go there. I get multiple email and text messages about my upcoming appointment. Let's see...one of the emails had a link to their portal which didn't recognize me, so more hoops. Then it wanted me to check in, which was broken. On the phone I got two such check in message links. I did one of them which also had me take a psychological survey?? for my feet??! then it refused to take my payment so, largely a waste of time. Then when I got there they had more forms to review including a section for a deceased person??! All I know is that I'll have to ignore all their links from now on and if they read this, maybe they'll take a hard look at all the notifications and stupid forms they use.
