The visit with the doctor was fine, but he needs to work on the woman in his office who handles referrals, billing, or whatever it is she does. Her manner is disgusting. I asked a basic, easy to understand question about whether or not my husband had the time for my new insurance to kick in and she said that was between me and my husband because she was not listening to my question. Does he have the medical time, per a professional medical opinion, to wait a month for this insurance debacle to be sorted? Instead, her tone told me everything I needed to hear. They have no interest in helping him navigate this problem. She was rude and inconsiderate, and she needs to reconsider her profession. How about not dealing with patients going through problems this severe.
