I HIGHLY do not recommend this facility. I had been going for many years and in the past 2 years,this facilities staff have really gone downhill and it's due to the staff alone. Dana Simpson has COMPLETELY changed her demeanor since she received her breast cancer diagnosis. She was once always very respectful and polite and made the wait times bearable. Dr. Ball (the dr that does the injections and procedures in the past) was always very nice. Dana Simpson now acts and treats her patients as we are the reason for her cancer diagnosis. She has become bitter,rude,hurried,and hardly ever sends the patients e-scripts in time before you ate out of your medication. I have waited twice in the last 2 times I was there once 15 days(no reply from her,her nurse,or ANYONE from the facility) and the 2nd and final time I ran out of meds yet again and was out for 5 and a half weeks before her nurse finally calls me back to let me know they received my messages and my scripts have been sent to pharm
