Dansby is the WORST PA if his ego doesn't smack you in the face first. I've never seen a PA that doesn't do his job for a patient and well he is the first. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. He won't help and doesn't care. Only thing he cares about is his paycheck obviously.

While I absolutely love Dr Hall. Her support staff is garbage. The office staff are incompetent. Three weeks ago the office had 90% of staff and doctors out with covid. Nobody called to cancel appointments. The next week her schedule had changed still no call to inform patients of said change . I've called a couple times left messages, got a call back twice. Contracted covid this past Sunday evening, called Monday morning got crickets. Still awaiting guidance on what needs to be done . Again Dr Hall absolutely wonderful caring doctor. Did more for me than any other doctor has . She gets a 5 star rating but Again the office would get a -10 star rating if it was possible .
