Very rude. I was not told that i would not see DR Crosby but would be going to the clinic. I was never told there was a clinic and that was where my appointment would be. It was upsetting to think they could just send me wherever they wanted and not asking me. I have been dismissed by the Dr office which is doing me a big favor. I found a DR and practice that has respect and care for their patients.
