The visit with the doctor and technician went well. Was surprised to learn once I arrived that the insurance filing practices had changed earlier in the year to no longer allow Medical Insurance and EyeMed to both be billed unless you schedule 2 separate appointments. I was told that I had received notice when the change was made. It was later determined no notice went out to the April and May appointments. I was given the option to come back another day to use the EyeMed for the prescription but with a 2-hour visit, it was not going to be feasible with work schedules.

Excellent staff members. The wait times are a bit long but they try to keep things moving. Everyone nice and professional and excellent care.

For an office as busy as this the staff is really wonderful! There are some pretty rude patients that come in and the office staff handles them very well.

I always feel taken care of in this office. The moment you enter the office someone is asking to help you. The wait is not long before being called back and the staff are great! I see Dr. Grey and he is always kind, considerate, patient, and professional.

The medical care is excellent as it was today - however it was a poor fay for getting my appointment. My wife and I arrived at the same time but she was called about 30 minutes before me. In fact people who came in after me were processed earlier than me. My wait time was 45 minutes. First time this issue has ever occurred. Bad day

Staff is friendly and efficient is services offered. Dr. Greer is top notch.

I believe the young lady that did my measurements and exam prior to seeing the dr was McKayla or Kayla. She was the sweetest person and was so kind to me. She is an asset to your practice. I saw her in the Aiken office.

I arrived on time for a 9:50 appointment. The waiting room was full and I had to search for an empty seat. I was not called for 30 minutes and when called I was sent to another room for another 15 minute wait. Once I was called for my examination, the technicians were efficient and helpful and when the doctor came in, he too was good. I got good service, but they book more people in than they can handle efficiently.

Dr. Gray is great. Very personable and is very professional. I highly recommend.

Had a cataract done. Everything went smoothly pre-op and surgery. Staff is very supportive. Very busy place but you still feel like you are important to them.

First visit! Dr. Gray and Michelle and the rest of the staff were all very kind and professional. Kindness goes a long way! Very thorough and answered all my questions! Will recommend and will be going back! Great job! From the receptionist and on through the process till the end , all staff were extremely nice and kind!
