Rude and unhelpful office staff
I hate to leave this awful review, because the doctors are great, but after MANY years of being a patient, I am planning to leave the practice due to the incredibly rude and unhelpful scheduling staff. I was barked at today while trying to schedule an appointment six months out, as I was counseled to do. I had to stop the woman on the phone who was basically ready to hang up on me after telling me there were no appointments and drag the information out of her as to when they would open the April calendar. She was NOT going to tell me. Funny--is her job to schedule appointment or yell at you? If it's yelling, she's doing great. Otherwise, not so good.
