I've made three appointments at this practice and two were canceled at the last moment. The secretary both times said she could not reach me at the two numbers I left and it's safe to say they were not being truthful. Dr Sackett was unprofessional in so many ways but the most impactfully wasby moving to Vermont after he ordered my tests and although he told the office he would contact me about the results, he never did. He ignored me. So i had to set up an entire new appointment with Dr. Altman, who like Sackett cancelled at the last second. This was immensely inconvenient and I think they cancel appointments routinely.
