Penn Medicine Chestnut Hill Family Practice

I've seen one doctor at this practice and the place is mediocre to awful. I had to return a lab sample here after the appointment and was treated like a leper by the staff. The sample was sealed in a plastic collection tube which was inside a sealed medical envelope and inside another mailing envelope, so you couldn't even tell what it was. None of the staff would even come near me, they just backed away and refused to take the envelope. The nurse said 'I'm not gonna touch it' and had me put the envelope down on a counter while she stayed as far away from me as possible.As for the doctor I saw, well he was even worse: Dr Nolt couldn’t even be bothered to listen to anything I said, and NEVER reviewed my test results. Stay away from this practice and definitely stay away from Curtis Nolt D.O.
