Unacceptable Customer Service - All Through Email
Grow Therapy's customer service is unacceptable. I have been going back and forth with them for months and have not had any resolution for my billing issues. I had to repeatedly open a ticket for this problem (which is completely solvable) only for them to close the ticket after a week with no heads up at all. I would then have to create a new ticket and re-tell the issue from start to finish- as if I wasn't corresponding with the exact same customer service rep for the past several weeks. All of this through EMAIL since there's no phone number to call! Grow Therapy has no follow through or accountability with their customers. After months of my time and effort trying to get my issue fixed to no avail, I can safely say that absolutely do NOT recommend this company.
