Refused to treat my child.
My child was scheduled for a doctors appointment. We waited for 20mins before being told that they couldn't see him because the provider wasn't available for patients not from Stonebridge. I scheduled the appointment though their call center 3 days ago. They refuse to let me speak with anyone else but would give me a complaint number to call. Front deak was rude and not helpful at all. Just had a not my problem attitude. This does not help my child's medical concern. This was the worst experience. I hope if you need real care you go elsewhere.
