Verbally Abusive Employee Urine Drug Testing
1. Woman Employee 10/7/22 4:40 pm asked me if I can void. Yes…fill cup to this line she said & it must be warm to test. Unable to fill urine cup to line. Placed it on ledge over sink. Employee yelled I needed to bring the specimen out now! Pulling up my pants I opened door & gave the cup to her. She was angry I could not fill it to the line, still trying to zip my pants & secure my belt standing there being dehumanized in front of her. She yelled that I told her I pee. I can, but never know the volume! Remember, I am a RN working in an OR & don’t get to drink fluids all day. I tried to tell her that but she shut me off talking to her coworker. She had me drink 7 cups water & if I could pee. Again, I said urination doesn’t happen 2 mins after you drink, esp. if I am dehydrated. She shut me off again as I spoke. She demanded I call my billing dept? For what? She refused to do my testing & told me to go somewhere else! Her behavior is textbook misogyny, & grandiose narcissism.

Great people
So the staff here is incredible and alot of fun. They are kind and caring and if you need them to do something they will get it done even if they have to stay late to do it. If you get a chance to know them they are all great people with big hearts and awesome personalities. They are very professional but can also be goofballs which makes any doctors visit that less stressful. I would have to say this is one of the top doctors offices I've ever been to and wouldnt hasitate a second to recommend this staff any day of the week!
