This is for the very rude receptionist when I was trying to make a new patient appointment. When I asked what the process was for new patients to see a doctor there in pain management, she continually asked my current pain management group. That is something I did not want to disclose with that phone call. I only wanted to know the process, and she had some sort of comprehension problem in understanding my question.
