Awful
My husband and I spent a total of 1.5 hours on hold trying to get an appointment and BEGGING for a refill on a regular medication, after the refill was denied at the pharmacy because I needed an updated annual appointment. The person on the phone was not only rude and passed judgement as to why an immediate appointment or refill was needed. She told my husband that she put a request into the doctor but could 'make no promises' that my prescription would be re-filled. Leaving me without my medication until my appointment. The Healthcare system is hard enough without office staff going out of their way to be intentionally rude, judgmental and unhelpful.
