4/21/22 Appointment @4pm Dr Fontanella

Took off work today for appt with Dr. Fontanella at the Briton lake location. Got a call/ message saying they made a mistake when scheduling my appointment with this doctor at this location. I called back and was told she no longer works at this office and I had no appointment . I ache this 2 weeks ago and being notified the day of appointment. This office is so unprofessional and receptionist didn’t even ask if I wanted to schedule with another doctor or even said sorry! If I was to miss this appointment they have no problem charging me or my insurance. Miss a day of work ! Will never use this location because of the incompetence of the scheduler/ receptionist.
