Don't go here if you're looking for compassionate care from a Dr for mental health issues, Our first visit was great, he made it seem as if he was a miracle worker who could help my husband with his crippling mental health issues. He promised us the world and delivered nothing. My depressed husband was made manic by the treatments he provided, he is a totally different person now and who knows what the future will hold. I really do feel as if they've broken my husband. The best part? He was dropped as a patient for no reason. No follow up, nothing. Now we are left scrambling to find a new provider, especially since the Dr will not call in his refills. The office staff does not return phone calls, they will schedule appointments for you, but not tell you, then charge you $250 for a missed appointment. Leaving messages is futile, as no one will ever call you back. Don't go here, stay far away from Dr. Rafai
