Had an Appointment for a Video Visit - Not Seen

While this clinic has been better than many of the clinics I've gone to in my area, they lost me permanently today. I had an appointment for a Video Visit. After waiting 40 minutes for the doctor to join the visit and he didn't, I called the clinic, with the Video Session still in progress, with just me. The receptionists and operator (I had to call twice) didn't seem to know how to get a hold of anyone in my doctor's office, or were unable toE. After waiting for almost an hour, I was never seen. No explanation or apology. I am leaving this clinic permanently. There really is no rational excuse for this terrible service ... other than the clinic was on fire ... but that wasn't the case. If my doctor had an emergency .. someone could have called me or emailed me or texted me ... to let me know he wasn't going to make it. Doctors sometimes fail to realize that their patients' time is valuable too.
