The staff were very friendly and efficient my waiter time was less then 5 minutes, and in the about 5 years I have been a patient at Columbia Pain I have never waited more then 5-6 minutes and my appointment has always started on time.

This establishment is hands down the worst medical facility I’ve ever been to. The doctor I saw previously was a know-it-all jerk who did an unnecessary spinal injection on me. I almost lost my job due to Dr. Garmin’s lack of courtesy. Most recently I saw Dr. Maksimov. I was really hoping that it would be a positive experience, but it was far from it. Firstly, Dr. Maksimov gives off old world vibes. What I mean is that I felt like I got sub-par care because I am a woman with a chronic pain disorder. He barely spoke to me, poked at my foot for about 30 seconds, and sent me on my way with a prescription I can’t even get filled at my pharmacy. They’ve been trying to contact him for about a week to get a different prescription, but it’s no surprise that Dr. Maksimov hasn’t gotten back to them. Communication is severely lacking with this organization. Also after observing people in the lobby, it’s clear that this facility is doing everything they can to squeeze money out of the state
