I was more than disappointed with the care I got from the PA assigned to my care. At the beginning of the visit I told her I had some questions and concerns that I’d like to talk to her about. She said she wanted to look at my shoulder first and then questions. After telling me I had a frozen shoulder, something I already knew, she left the room so fast it was like she was running a race. Very poor service and I would not go here again. They should also put a divider at the checkin desk on the second floor. The two staff members are so close together there is no privacy and it makes it difficult to hear. Not a very good place. I wasted my time, my co-pay and then they charged my insurance for basically nothing.
