So very professional. The office staff is very welcoming. My evaluation and plan made sense. Since then I have had several appointments and I recommend Periodontal Associates to anyone needing periodontal care. I am 79 and have moved quite often. As a result I have had numerous dentists and periodontists. So grateful that the favorable reviews on the internet brought me to Periodontal Associates.

Took time to explain my condition and thought couldn't remedy my situation because there wasn't one. Had implants done outside country and placement was wrong and couldn't be removed so have gum inflammation. Dr discussed in detail all options and none were viable options which I agreed with. At best I now accept and can move on with knowing the full situation. Very kind and compassionate. Thank you.

It was refreshing that they told me I didn't need a gum graft and, instead, to work extra hard to prevent further recession by brushing properly (and they taught me how - I think there's an erroneous assumption that everyone knows how to brush properly).

Fast, efficient and have a wealth of experience! They have helped me get my periodontal disease under control and stopped it from getting worse.

Every one of the staff is helpful and friendly. The procedure was well explained and painless.

Everyone was very efficient and explained when asked a question. Doctor and assistants were considerate and there was no pain. However, it was never communicated that you would not be the ones to do the crown after my implant and that the cost would be 100% my responsibility. Big sticker shock there.

The Hygienist, Lauren, is the best, most thorough hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth. She is gentle and just a joy to visit with. She makes it a very personal visit . I love how she tells me about all the continuing education classes she is taking at the dental convention.I am a retired Registered dental hygienist, so I know what I am talking about. Lauren is the best of the best, Give yourself a treat, and have Lauren clean your teeth. She always checks my implants and knows how to clean implants. Her oral exams are outstanding!

Dr. McAllister is the best of the best for Periodontics! He is an amazing physician and surgeon. Meticulous, caring and outstanding in his demeanor and surgery skills. He is top notch! I would highly recommend him for any procedure without question. His staff was absolutely tremendous too!

Started going to get bone grafting to save my teeth and so far so good. By fall will have my mouth done! Dr. Explains everything completely so there is no surprise.

The entire staff are very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and communicate well. The visit was on time (actually, a little early). The assistant explained every step well. Dr. Eshraghi is equally professional, empathic, and explained everything well. The office is clean & attractive. Overall, it‘s a class A enterprise!

Had an implant procedure done over the past several weeks. Everything went fine but the office and patients might benefit from a few updates on their handouts (medicines, process, etc.) to make sure everything is current. Also some minor follow-throughs on certain items would be helpful. For example, it was stated that there would be a choice between cadaver or bovine material which never occurred. Overall everything was very fast and efficient.

Dr. Eshigahri and his staff are great. Scheduling was easy, procedure explanation was thorough, actual procedure was relatively painless, and aftercare instruction were easy to follow. I would highly recommend Periodontal Associates to anyone seeking dental implants without reservation. Thank you for a great experience.

I had consults with two other high profile doctors in Vancouver, WA for my implants. Dr. McAllister came highly recommended to me, and I can definitely understand why. His timeliness, level of professionalism and brutal honesty right from the start are why I ultimately chose to go with him. The entire procedure was explained to me from beginning to end, and was never rushed, or ignored. My neighbor, who is a dental professional, was amazed with how I looked the second day after the implants were done: little swelling and no bruising. Dr. McAllister’s staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. The drive from Vancouver to Tualatin was more than worth it.

Brittany does an excellent job when cleaning my teeth, which also have 6 implants and crowns!

Appt was scheduled in reasonable time for non-urgent care and given current Healthcare access challenges. Front Office staff was very helpful in getting oriented for a first-time patient. I was brought into the exam early (since arrived early) and was seen/examined by the Doctor within 10 min. He clearly explained current conditions and recommended care. I look forward to the next visit.

The implant procedures from tooth removal to implant placement were done quickly with little after pain.Friendly professional environment.

This is our first time here and for those who have never been here before. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. Very unprofessional and the staff are rude. They sent us a link to complete my husband’s medical history the morning of the appointment which is totally fine. I was trying to complete this while a dental assistant came to grab him back for a scan. She then brought him into a room so I asked the front desk if I can go back there to get a medication list from my husband. The front desk said I could go back there and when I got there, this dental assistant did not even ask if I needed something from my husband. She shouted at me that I need to go back out there and I cannot be back here. So I went back out front without the medication list. This place DOES NOT CARE about your medical problems and what medications you are taking. My husband is getting extractions, bone graft, and putting in a dental post. Apparently, knowing what medications your patient is taking is not important.
