My husband was sent here on an emergency basis for a consult due to extreme pain. He was taken in and imaged and placed in a chair. They did something that caused *so much* pain that he was reduced to sobbing for the next few minutes before someone else came in and did the same thing.Then he was given an appointment several days out and we were asked for payment. $209 is pretty high so I asked if that was with insurance.That was when, AFTER my husband went through ALL of that, that was when we found out they were not in our dental network.Not ONE person warned us before we received services. Not ONE person let us know that maybe this would be terribly expensive. For ten minutes of being tortured, we now owe them over two hundred dollars. That is not affordable for us.It's absolutely horrific to me that they can do this. To anyone! To do nothing but cause terrible pain just to tell us we OWE you now for it? It's cruel.
