Rude and unwilling to set up a competent practice.

I have encountered several problems with the employee in charge of billing, Wendy Farrell such as billing me and insurance at the same time. The owners also decided they didn’t feel like spending the time or money to set up a DBT team with resources, so they let those therapists go with zero warning to the therapists nor the clients. When I called to seek clarification, Wendy Farrell yelled at me and tried to convince me I was wrong about the interruption in my care. When I asked to speak to the owners, they never called back, and when I sought a follow up from Wendy Farrell, she told me they would never call me.
