Strength of Mind South

SOM has some excellent providers, but unfortunately office staff in the big building treats the clients like they're looking down on all of them. The office staff was so condescending it was down right surprising! The lady who is supposed to contact new patients does not do her job super often which leaves potential clients waiting weeks on end with part of the calls never being returned. I have no idea what the reasoning is regarding who they return calls to, but it seems whimsical on behalf of the responsible staff. They really need a new system for intake, and the office staff needs to be educated on ethical behaviors for this genre of specialty care. While I did greatly like my providers I did leave the practice due to the above.

The receptionists couldn’t care less about their jobs, rude and constantly annoyed. Psychologists are extremely petty and egotistical. If you work in this field you have to be kind and compassionate, but the staff has made it very clear they only care about their paycheck. Would never recommend!!

Our doctor did a referral for our son. We never heard from anyone. I asked our doctor about the referral and he said it was sent to Strength of Mind. I decided to reach out. I got through and was transferred to their intake person to leave a voicemail. I never heard back. I tried multiple times. Poor customer service. I decided to google reviews on them and see the same sort of poor customer service reviews. I do not recommend them since they clearly do not communicate. That's a huge red flag for any business.
