Altus Premier Health Clinic

I called the office at 9 am and was told that a health care professional would see me, but the wait would be 1 to 2 hours for walk-ins and that it would be 'first come/first serve'. I had visited this clinic before, so they had my insurance and medical history. I sat in the waiting room for more than 2 hours. (Very frustrating when one is sick). All of the walk-in patients that came in after were taken to examination rooms before me. The receptionist noticed that I had been in the waiting room for a very long time. She approached me and asked my name. She said, 'you've been here a while, let me make sure you are on the schedule.' I left after after 2 hours and 16 minutes and never got to see a doctor or nurse; the office was closing for lunch. By this time, I was the only person in the waiting room. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Dr. Dawod is great, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A WALK-IN VISIT.
