You won't see your provider until 1 hour after your scheduled appointment time, and when you do see them, they will be in the room for 5 minutes. Reviewed my chart after I had a procedure done to find that Dr. Sovacool wrote, 'she rolled her eyes at me and refused to engage in conversation.' Meanwhile, I was having a pretty nerve racking procedure done. Safe to say the patient care is not the finest. They treat you like you're dollars in their pocket, not their patient.

I arrived exactly on time for my appointment WITH the paperwork they emailed me prior to my appointment completely filled out and they refused to see me because I didn’t get there 15 mins early!!! She said “your appointment was at 3:20 and you checked in at 3:21” (ming you only 1 minute after because the receptionist had to scan my ID and insurance card in). Seriously?! I’m guessing the dr. was just trying yo get out early on a Friday afternoon! I think the doctor’s office was very inconsiderate of my time as I have a job and had to take time off to make it to my appointment ON TIME!
