These people make you pay upfront and then after insurance pays, they don't issue a refund and they don't respond. They say they will call and then they don't. Very disrespectful. I don't recommend them at all!

My wife had her surgery scheduled and was told that she would receive a packet regarding surgery. It never came. The day of the surgery we were asked to come in 1 1/2 hours early as they had a cancellation. We got there and waited 45 minutes before my wife went back. After two hours of sitting in the worst waiting room, someone finally came out to talk to me. They told me that they were running behind and she hadn't even gone into the operating room. When asked why we were told to come in early if they were behind she blamed the doctor directly. That was the only time time anyone came to speak with me the whole day. After another hour, a nurse brought my wife out, as she was done. Never communicated anything with me, discussed any post-op instructions. She handed me three prescriptions and apologize. They are the worst communicators with patients and their families I have ever encountered.
