Care yes, responsiveness no!
Excellent care from Dr. Roman Trimba. But try getting medical records for a office visit sent to your PCP or for your filing on disability - they contract it out to MediCopy whose site has been down, forces hoops to jump through to get your records. The practice should take care of this, not farm it out. It is enough frustration to not use OrthoCincy.
