Medical Associates of Henrietta

I made an appointment over the phone for today. We discussed a couple dates, but I made sure I was very clear that today was the date that worked, and made sure they said that back to me before the call was over. When I arrived today, I was told I had no appointment on the schedule. This is the second time this has happened to me. They need new Office Clerks, because these ones clearly can't do the job. I really like Dr. Hoyson himself, he does a great job, he makes me feel listened to and understood which is perfect in a doctor. But no matter how good he is, it won't matter if I can't actually schedule appointments when I need to. I mean, I took time off work to be able to come to that appointment.
