Dr Deleo has been my doctor for 40 years. the very few times an issue came up, I spoke directly to her and the issue never happened again

When my primary care provider of many years retired without notice, I was assigned to a different doctor without consultation. I called the office manager to talk about my concerns and she coldly said that if I wasn’t happy, I could leave the practice. There was no conversation about choices or resolution. The lack of compassion and professionalism was astonishing after being a patient of this practice for so long. Sadly, Deleo Family Medicine is not the practice it used to be.

I was a patient at the Deleo Family practice for approximately 15 years and recently left due to doctor turnover and unfriendly office staff. The office manager has no regard for patient concerns and office staff is unpleasant. When I call with questions for the doctor, my calls are never returned. If you want a doctors office that is attentive and responsive to patient needs find another practice.
