Frankly, the way that I was handled by this practice is a perfect example of the medical industrial complex at work. All for profit, no care for patient-wellness. This practice needs to be seriously reviewed and some providers may need to be disbarred. Their practitioners are intensely irresponsible, have a tendency to trigger those with PTSD by forcing them to share more than is healthy, and the wait-times on the phone are insane. The receptionists are all very clearly wishing they were anywhere but at work, and they are incredibly unkind and rude. I don’t understand how practices like this keep their doors open. Truly disgusted and deeply disappointed. Do better.

Love love love our family Dr, Federico. Hands down the best doc we've ever had. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The receptionists can be really rude and nasty, and the hold time to speak to a human has at its peak been over an hour. Their bottom line is entirely about profit and not about the care of their patients. Ableist attitudes. They want you to schedule an appointment for any question you may have, even if you've just been seen. My son has had to have multiple Covid tests for school for a cough and runny nose. No problem. When they come back as negative, I’ve had to call multiple times to ask for him to be treated because once it’s not Covid, they don’t care anymore. No follow up, no communication. The last time we went the doctor checking him for Covid mentioned it might be an ear infection. So when we got the negative result we asked for antibiotics. We were told he needed to be seen yet again. Even though we left the office no more than 45 minutes prior.
