Excellent Doctor - WORST office staff I have ever
Dr. Pinhas did cataract surgery on one of my eyes - I can't say enough good about him or the way he treats patients. His office staff on the other hand is a bunch of disgusting human beings. They don't give a shi-ite about anyone, unless they're Russian. You can't get through on the phone, they don't return calls when you leave a message, and when you do get through to these Cretans, items promised are NEVER actioned. Disgusting that such people are allowed to have contact with patients - they have ZERO clues what customer service is all about. They should be jail guards in the Gulag. Oh wait, that's probably what they were before being hired in this office.
