I had very frustrating experiences with this practice, especially recently when I was running low on a medication prescription and was told I must come in for a visit in order to get the refill, which was different information than what I was told at my last visit. When I arrived, there were 7 patients ahead of me 15 minutes after my scheduled visit time, AND the receptionist let me know that with the change in my insurance (that I told the team about a week before on the phone), I was not able to be seen that day. I left without the refill and with a very stressful timeline to find myself a new doctor in order to avoid a gap in medication coverage. Before this, when I visited with Dr. Ramanathan, she told me that physical, mental, and spiritual health are important and that I should be going to church once a month and praying twice a day. That is an incredibly inappropriate recommendation from a doctor. She spent the majority of the visit looking straight at the computer, too.
