My psychiatric nurse is prompt, never misses an appointment, truly cares about my wellbeing and changes prescriptions and dosages as needed. Video chats are a bit quick so if you have questions, you need to have them ready. The doctor is for the most part is on top of it. Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours to get approval for certain medication because it's not common for patients to require them (i totally understand). Whenever i call, the phone is picked up within the first 3 rings and the staff is kind, patient, respectable and willing to work with patients busy schedules. They offer weekend appointments and offer non regular business hour appointments (really beneficial for me).Unless something drastic happens, im not likely to leave. As someone who is studying to become a psychiatric nurse with the ability to work from home while pursing my phd, this psychiatric facility has my ideal job especially with their pay. Terrible customer service. Patients rely doctors to timely prescribe medications. Consistently defraud patients and use prescription access as leverage to exploit high consultation fees. They consistently cancel appointments and Dr. Fisher makes no effort to provide patients with care in accordance with professional standards.
