They did a through eye exam, Dr. Taylor is the best, Easy to understand and explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone!

My yearly appt was for 1:20 when I arrived the place was full but the flow of testing patients was quick.Normally when they do my yearly it takes about two hours but this time it was an hour and 15 minutes.It was great. Kudos to staff

I was there for 3 hours for my appointment. The office was jam packed with people. It appeared that they overbooked appointments. But, I will say that they were friendly and efficient as well as the doctor once I got to see her. I will go back, but will try to make my appointment for earlier in the morning so they don’t have as much of a chance to get that backed up.

I was called exactly at my appointment time as I arrived early. Each the staff was courteous andprofessional. I was quickly moved from one station to another.

We have been going there since 2011. Once we made an appointment we got a reminder. The staff, the waiting rooms and the medical service are all very well organized. We are very happy with Dr. Montgomery and his retired predecessor..

If you are told to wait on a call from Norma to schedule a procedure for your child, save yourself the time and find a new Ophthalmologist. We were told that our infant needed a procedure done by their eye surgeon, and the sooner the better for a successful procedure. Norma is the one who schedules pediatric procedures and she was supposed to call us within the week to schedule us with the eye surgeon. Well, she never called. My husband and I have left her numerous messages in the past two months and have never once spoken with Norma. Not sure if she even exists! Every time we called the front desk, they would just transfer us back to Norma’s voicemail. After 3 months of waiting for a procedure to be scheduled that was supposed to be done ASAP, we have found a new Ophthalmologist. Don’t waste your time for your child’s well being.

I saw Dr Adam Rovit. Everyone was very proficient and pleasant.

Very little wait time (10 minutes) for an early AM appointment. Positive, very nice people.

During this pandemic, I have felt extremely safe. The staff and the Dr are friendly & knowledgeable. I left my last optometrist because he was being a salesman….tried to talk me into Laser Cataract surgery on both eyes. He was rude about my hesitation, very expensive. The Dentist I worked for referred me to Shepherd Eye Center & Dr Theodosis. I’m glad I switched.

I always see Dr Taylor. He is very competent & caring and answers any questions I might have. He is always friendly & I feel I am in good hands.
