The providers are amazing and really listen to my concerns ! The office staff in the front are friendly and welcoming, they always have a smile and are happy to see me . The office manager Becky is just the best and goes above and beyond for patients and her staff !! Over all a great office!

Pretty disappointed with the scheduling staff. After waiting weeks for an appointment, they called two days before and changed the time, and then it became my problem to reschedule. I travel, so had arranged other medical appointments that day as I would be in town. When. I called, they couldn’t have cared less. Compared to the other places that I have been treated for my cancer, I cannot believe the lack of empathy and attitudes of the front office staff and Rocio. There customer service and patient orientation couldn’t be lower. dr Mehdi has a good reputation, but he really needs to find different front office staff.
