Short wait time. Dr. Cassen is remarkable. She was very informative and thorough. She gave me choices about an eye problem that I have and explained what was required to do: minor surgery or correction by stronger prescription of my existing eyeglasses. She also provided a new prescription for my computer glasses. This is such a wonderful experience to work with such talented MD's and staff!

Although it is very busy, they are very close to appointment times and the staff is wonderful. As is Dr. A Rovitt

Staff is friendly & professional. They deal with patients in a sequential testing process. My appointment took 90 minutes arrival to exit. Dr. Cruvant is absolutely fantastic!

A communication indicated the whole process would take about two hours. It did! I am hard or hearing. Staff always polite, friendly and competent. None better. Doctor and final wrap clear and questions answered.The patient check in machine is no good. Everybody ahead of me and I needed staff help--sign of poor design.. Get rid of this piece of junk! Most of my medical visits require Medicare card, secondary card, and driver's license or ID card. Then operator runs them through machine. Check address, contact number, any changes? Done! Elapsed time 2-4 minutes if no changes.

Dr. Casserole was excellent. She explained things clearly and in an easy way to understand. Waiting time was not optimal, but once called back, everything moved very efficiently.

Have been seeing the doctors at Shepherd Eye Center for over 15 years. All of the doctors are great; Dr. Ravi Reddy was the first doctor I saw; excellent, but when he cut his hours at the office close to my home, I began seeing Dr. Cruvant, another excellent doctor. When I needed cataract surgery, Dr. Alder did it as Dr. Cruvant no longer does surgery and once again an excellent doctor. After successful surgery and follow up visits with Dr. Alder, I once again see Dr. Cruvant. I highly recommend Shepherd Eye.

Did not wait long, I was seen even before my appointment time! The staff were helpful and friendly. The doctors who have seen me were all very nice and professional.

On Monday morning it was a very pleasant environment. Not a lot of patients eating. Check in can be done online , on their kiosk or at the front desk. It was a very short wait time and each employee was very nice. I’ve been going there for years and see Dr Joyce Cassen.

Always professional, very organized, smiling faces, easy to get appointments. You know up front that your appointment could be an hour and a half to get through everything they do. We’ve been going to the Horizon Ridge location for 10 years we really like Dr. Cruvant.

Excellent attention to detail. All the staff and Dr. Fant were excellent, and displayed a professional sense of commitment to their responsibilities. Dr. Fant answered all my questions patiently.

I was seen right away by the doctor and recommended an emergency surgery.though there was a miscommunication bet shepherd and nevada retina regarding my referral, i persevered, made calls again and again and again and lucky enough to be attented to.

I had cataract surgery, and I was very worried about it but now that it is done on both eyes, I was worried about nothing.Thank you, Dr Theodosis and staff, for making me feel comfortable and at ease and taking the time for letting me ask a lot of questions and not making me feel rushed.Thank you all for your service and the time you gave me.

After all these years, it just keeps getting better. Front desk staff is very helpful even assisting in automated check-in. Elizabeth at check-out has outstanding customer service skills. DR. CRUVANT and DR. MONTGOMERY will always be my eye doctors from my original visit 9 years ago to cataract surgery 4 years ago, I'm in good hands!

Wait times are brief and you can do a mobile check-in on your phone which further reduces wait time. Dr Brian Alder, Corneal Specialist, is very proficient, readily answers questions to clarify anything the patient needs to know, and is professional, ¹knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend him.
