Broken communications and NPs who are incompetent
I tried to establish care with one of their NPs and she seemed very new to practicing medicine. Her team didn't send me the referrals that had been discussed so the next time, I made an appointment with another NP and he was arrogant and his team didn't message me back for 3 weeks and didn't answer my questions! Now I'm being billed for a telehealth appt via the phone and I have complete coverage from Medicare and Medicaid and shouldn't be out of pocket for any of it!! I'm very frustrated and now am seeing someone else that isn't in this fake Presbyterian clinic!!!
