Excellent Care for my needs
Dr Pokorny, MD has been helping me through lots of issues, monitors my progress and meets with me virtually. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am super happy. I looked for a new psychiatrist for more than a year. In New Mexico, there is such a shortage that you wait and wait, then take the first opening and hope for the best. Often it takes many visits before feeling comfortable with a therapist or psychiatrist. Well, fortunately, I have had excellent and comforatble care from Dr Pokorny from the get-go.

My therapist and psychiatrist are great, however the office and practice is disorganized and slow to respond. Rxs take two business days. Phone calls go unanswered, emails ignored. If it's an emergency forget it. They are unresponsive, inept, and ineffectual with any paperwork that needs to be handled by office staff. If you need simple therapy, great things can happen with their Dr's and therapists but if you need any paperwork plan on it taking too long. Weeks even.
