Front desk
Most of every thing is amazing about this place. The therapist, the psychiatrists, and the resources. The only downside is the young gentleman who works the front desk. Most unhelpful person. Either chats with other people and or ignores me every single time. He alway mixes up dates and times and names. I almost lost my spot with my therapist because he has given wrong information time and time again making me miss appointments or come too late. He has made things more difficult than necessary. He also makes side comments that are unnecessary. It really frustrating and I don’t understand how he even made it last training.
