Utter lack of commitment & sense of responsibility
Behavior wise good. Horrible sense of appointment time. The appointment for my mother was at 4:15 pm. Dr. Singh appeared at 5:45 pm. Most horrible part is no response after getting all the necessary details like composition of existing medicines, new blood culture reports. They are lending deaf ear to Emails and phone calls. Once got an opportunity to speak to Dr. Singh over phone. He didn't get time to look at the reports in 4 days and proudly saying that he might have been busy with other matters. This shows how stupid is in commitment or taking responsibility.
