St. Luke's Psychiatric Associates

If I could give no stars I would. Time and time again I had my appointments cancelled and doctors changed without notification. I would show up (not a close drive for me) and have to sit in the waiting room while the office staff waited to hear about what to do with me because my appointment would disappear from the system. I will NEVER go here ever again. The stress I endured trying to receive mental health care actually made my situation much worse. The office administrator seemed to only care about saving her job rather than my patient care. There was no communication between the office and the doctors. I had called the complaint hotline to try and resolve my situation multiple times and the office administrator refused to escalate my case. I was promised a call from the head of psychiatry for St. Luke's and months later it has yet to happen. I am extremely disappointed with my experience especially since it is about mental health.
